Aim of the training

 

Nowadays, it is important to develop delegation skills as one of the key tools with which the supervisor performs his or her job. Delegation is not simply a task assignment by the manager. To delegate, you must delegate your duties, responsibilities and powers to a trusted person who is knowledgeable about the assigned task that is part of your daily work. This training helps you to develop your delegating skills in the future so that you know who and what to delegate.

  • How to prepare the supervisor for effective delegation
  • How to delegate jobs to others.
  • A brief description of the advantages and disadvantages of delegation
  • Explain possible obstacles to delegation
  • Identify the reasons for delegation failures
  • Possible risks in delegation

At the end of the training you will be able to:

  • Describe upon which issues the supervisor can prepare effective delegation
  • Describe how to delegate tasks to others
  • Describe briefly the advantages and disadvantages of delegation
  • Clarify possible obstacles to delegation
