UBT are capable of organizing debates, roundtables, aiming to combine theoretical knowledge and practical skills made possible by UBT’s prioritization of staff recruitment and links to industry and institutions. UBT has made significant strides and forged strong links with public administration, local governments, regional development agencies and non-governmental sectors. However, it has developed strategic development plans for the Ministry of Public Administration, the Ministry of Trade and Industry, the Ministry of Diaspora, the Municipality of Ferizaj, the Municipality of Vushtrri, the Municipality of Prishtina, the Municipality of Peja and the Regional Development Agency in southern Kosovo.
Practical experience has provided an advantage, but it has also provided data for the planning process.
