In the time we are living in, it is more than necessary that we not only teach our students about the relevant subject but through it help them to acquire many skills. These skills are being considered as the skills of the XXI century which make the student complete and prepared in every aspect. This means proper communication and interaction with people, collaboration and teamwork, critical thinking and analyzing situations from many perspectives, presentation skills, creativity and so on.  Potential beneficiaries of these trainings would be all teachers of all levels of education who as agents of change would convey the right message to students of all ages, levels, and countries. This program has a duration of 40 academic hours, where the distribution of hours is as follows:

Self-study 8 20%

Upon completion of the training teachers will be able to:

– to demonstrate knowledge on the importance of training students according to the requirements of the XXI century

– to reflect on the role of the teacher and the student and the importance of placing the student at the center of the lesson

– to be involved in various activities that directly develop the critical thinking of the teachers themselves and indirectly give ideas on how to deal with the students as well

– reflect and develop immediate strategies on how to apply differentiated teaching in order to meet the needs of all students in accordance with their level of knowledge

– to demonstrate different methods and tools of work as well as ideas of activities which make teaching more creative

– exchange best practices and share experiences related to media and digital literacy and student awareness of these concepts

– identify best practices for teaching presentation skills

-create a curriculum related to their subject in which they integrate at least 2 skills of the XXI century
