The first three semesters are designed to offer and equip students with more general skills and competencies, hence covering fundamental courses related to economics, management, law, information technology, English and academic writing. On the fourth semester, the emphasis shifts towards more specialist courses. Upon the completion of this degree, graduates should be able to perform work and execute tasks in the field of planning, organizing, managing, and supervising private and public administration organizations. The program engages highly qualified, committed and motivated staff from various fields of study (economics, management, law, technology) to ensure the achievement of its goals and learning outcomes. UBT premises in Peja are adequate for the successful provision of its study programs, with classrooms, IT laboratory, library, and other facilities needed for an effective learning environment.
