Infrastructure

The program is based on the work done by the TEMPUS Project for the Development of Energy Efficiency Plans, in which UBT is part of the consortium.

The program has modern and innovative laboratories with all electrical equipment for electrical and electronic basics, electrical installations, electrical control, solar systems, wind turbines, heat pump, smart grid, various test equipment, etc.

Laboratories that in the ownership of UBT College that can be used for courses of Energy Engineering Faculty are:

Lab. No. Lab Name Capacity
1 E 106 -IOT lab. 25
2 I202 – Electrical installation lab. & Smart Grid lab. 25
3 I 203 – Heat pump and geothermal lab. 25
4 I 210 – CAD lab. 25
5 I 211 – Matlab lab. 25
6 I 212 VR & GIS lab. 25
7 I 213 – Fundamentals of electric lab. 25
8 I 216 – Wind energy lab. 25
9 I 217 – Testing & Auditing equipment lab. 25

The strengths of the program are directly related to the principles that UBT promotes, namely the scientific method, international cooperation, practical orientation, interdisciplinary and interactivity. The program also shows the importance of technology and technological developments in business and economic developments.

The literature for this field, which is part of the UBT Library, includes in its range of university titles, books in various international languages. Publications that are usually used as a source are from well-known international centers such as Vienna University of Technology, Harvard University, University of Oslo, University of Oakland, University of Nice.

The library service also provides our students with direct access to e-Books and online articles that have a scientific and academic character in various fields.
