UBT Staff Participated in an International Training Program at Romanian-American University
08/07/2026As part of the Erasmus+ programme, UBT staff members Samire Sadiku, Fjolla Salihu, Erion Mecini, and Gent Misini participated in the Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) titled “Preparing Students for an Intercultural Environment,” organized by Romanian-American University (RAU) in Bucharest, Romania.
The programme aimed to strengthen participants’ competencies in intercultural communication and international collaboration through lectures, interactive workshops, and the exchange of best practices with participants from universities around the world.
Throughout the training, participants explored key topics including intercultural communication, managing cultural differences, verbal and non-verbal communication, conflict management, and the development of skills for effective collaboration in an international academic environment.
UBT’s participation in this programme represents another valuable opportunity for the professional development of its staff, the exchange of experiences with international colleagues, and the strengthening of academic cooperation within the Erasmus+ mobility framework. It also contributes to UBT’s ongoing commitment to internationalization and continuous institutional development.
