UBT College has a set of clearly defined, comprehensive, and published requirements and criteria for admission to the Agricultural and Environmental Engineering program. The admission process is by relevant national regulations, such as Article 29 of the Law on Higher Education in Kosovo and internal rules established by the Faculty Council.
For students transferring from other universities, the admission process at UBT College ensures that their previously completed courses are carefully reviewed for compatibility with the Faculty of Agricultural and Environmental Engineering program. According to Article 34, point 5 of the Law on the Kosovo Accreditation Agency, transfer can only occur from study programs that have a content similarity with the Agricultural and Environmental Engineering program of at least 70%. In addition, course transcripts must be submitted and reviewed by the Faculty Transfer Committee. If the courses are the same and have the same content, they are automatically recognized. For those with similar content, course descriptions must be submitted, and the Faculty Transfer Committee reviews them to assess whether the courses have the same or similar titles and equivalent ECTS credits. To be recognized, a course must have at least 70% similarity in terms of learning outcomes, objectives, and content compared to the equivalent course at the Faculty of Agricultural and Environmental Engineering. The Law on the Kosovo Accreditation Agency is available online at https://akreditimi.rks
Students, both local and international, participating in mobility programs, complete a questionnaire at the end of the mobility period. This questionnaire collects feedback regarding study conditions, learning environment, satisfaction with academic staff, administration, laboratories, extracurricular activities, and peer collaboration. The collected data is analyzed, and a Quality Improvement Plan is created based on student feedback. The International Cooperation Office oversees the implementation of this plan to ensure continuous improvements in international exchange procedures.
