The study process is primarily based on scientific methods and is closely related to the research topics of the institution. The main research pillars of the program are: (1) public policy and management, local government, technology and governance, and the Europeanization of public administration. As a result, one of the main characteristics of research efforts is the focus on policy relevance and policy analysis. Therefore, owing to the close collaboration with international and local institutes – the institution has built its research and gained a unique level of competence in analytical policy reports. The faculty of the program has produced more than 10 politically influential analyzes in the field of the EU Visa Liberalization process and public administration reforms, the Europeanization of public administration in Kosovo and the challenges to public management in Kosovo.
