SPECIALIZATIONS IN FOOD SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY
The program offers three specializations:
(1) Food Technology,
(2) Nutrition and
(3) Food Quality and Safety Management.
Students are required to choose one from the list during the third year of studies (Semester 5 and 6).
