Information regarding the study program
The main purpose of this program is to train and certify participants regarding the program Sales and Customer Service. Nowadays, every company needs a sales and customer office composed of skilled staff that are capable to understand the company’s products, customers and the market as a whole.
In this regard, the underlying benefit in sales and customer service is increased productivity and efficiency. Meanwhile, if the work is carried out properly for the first time it will cost cheaper and as matter of fact will be done faster. It is worth noting the customer’s scale of dissatisfaction costs much more than customer satisfaction. Moreover, on completion of the training, participants will be able to apply sales techniques that lead to special customer care and consequently bring an improved environment for selling products.
