There are 24 hour security guards stationed in each UBT building. If there is an emergency, you can always contact them for assistance. You can also reach the main emergency service providers in Kosovo through the following phone numbers:

They are toll free numbers and can be accessed from landlines or mobile phones in case of need for emergency aid, illness, accidents or disasters
