One of the issues of utmost importance at UBT College is the provision of equal opportunities for quality studies and assistance to students there. The institution’s services and infrastructure are student-centered and aimed at meeting the needs of the contemporary student. Both academic and administrative staff are responsible for providing assistance, services and guidance on academic and student administration issues. The faculty has adopted a Competency-Based Approach to curriculum development. The learning outcomes of the program are guided by the methods of teaching, learning and continuous assessment. A variety of teaching methods used in all departments provide opportunities for active learning. These include: seminar work, project work, problem-based learning, visiting speakers and simulated learning, etc. Opportunities for interactive learning are reinforced through project-based learning, case study analysis, visiting speakers, group work, e-learning and classroom 3.0. Our emphasis on practical and relevant knowledge is a key feature of study programs.
