UBT News is a newspaper which is complied and published by the Media Group of UBT in collaboration with the students of the Faculty of Media and Communication. As a result, it closely elaborates, scrutinizes and launches activties which are related to studies and students as well as activities which take place within UBT and even the success stories of students. Undoubtedly, it is a platform which is primarly created to provide the students with the opportunity to express their free thoughts, opinions. This newspaper comprises in itself a valuable and worthy document which continously launches the latest developments in UBT and as well as provides the students with up to date events, news and announcements. Through this newspaper students unfold their mentality, their prospects for the future, thoughts and their talent in writting. Moreover, the photos give a coloration and enrich the articles of our students. UBT News also provides a panorama of the most important activities which have taken place in UBT along a certain period of time. There are also involved the informative articles, editorials, interviews with national and international students and professors, articles of the lecturers of our institution. In addition, there is also published a wide range of essays, student portraits, reportages, articles which are dedicated to trainings, workshops and other activities. The publishing of the newspaper is strongly supported by the rector of UBT Edmond Hajrizi and the Academic Council of UBT. UBT News is published at least 3 times per year, every four months.
