The curriculum of the BSc in FinTech and Business Analytics program is designed for undergraduate students who wish to develop solid competencies in financial technologies, business analytics, digital finance, and technology-driven business processes. The program is particularly suitable for secondary school graduates with interests in economics, business, mathematics, information technology, and data analysis. It is also appropriate for students seeking to combine financial knowledge with modern digital and analytical skills required in today’s labour market.

The program targets students who intend to build careers in sectors such as banking and financial services, insurance, consulting, digital payments, FinTech companies, e-commerce, business intelligence, data analytics, IT services, startups, and other technology-oriented organizations. It also provides a strong academic foundation for students who plan to continue their studies at Master’s level in related disciplines.

Graduates of the program are expected to develop analytical, technological, and business-oriented competencies that enable them to contribute to digital transformation, data-driven decision-making, and innovation within organizations. Alumni are expected to pursue careers in areas such as digital banking operations, financial analysis, business analytics, reporting, compliance support, customer intelligence, consulting, and technology-enabled business services.

Based on current labour market trends in FinTech, digital finance, and analytics, graduates may pursue the following career paths:

  • working in banks, financial institutions, insurance companies, and digital financial service providers;
  • taking junior analyst roles in business analytics, financial reporting, and data management;
  • supporting digital transformation and innovation projects in companies and public institutions;
  • working in consulting firms, outsourcing companies, and technology service providers;
  • contributing to FinTech startups, e-commerce businesses, and entrepreneurial ventures;
  • working in compliance, risk support, and customer operations functions in regulated sectors;
  • continuing with postgraduate studies and professional development in finance, analytics, technology, or management fields.
