Aims and Objectives

The objectives of the Bachelor’s degree program in FinTech and Business Analytics are:

  • To provide foundational theoretical and practical knowledge in financial technologies (FinTech), data analytics, and digital financial systems, supporting the understanding of digital transformation in the financial sector.
  • To develop students’ ability to apply knowledge in professional contexts through problem-solving, analytical thinking, and the use of modern technological tools in finance and business analytics.
  • To prepare students to collect, analyze, and interpret financial and business data, and to communicate results effectively to different stakeholders in financial, technological, and business environments.
  • To develop professional competencies for supporting financial innovation, developing digital financial services, and addressing challenges related to cybersecurity, regulation, and risk management in contemporary financial systems.
  • To prepare graduates for entry-level professional roles and further career development in the FinTech sector, financial institutions, data analytics, and technology-driven organizations at local and international levels.

 

Upon successful completion of the Bachelor’s studies in FinTech and Business Analytics, students will be able to:

  • PLO1 – Interpret and analyze financial data using AI and data analytics tools;
  • PLO2 – Identify and assess the legal and regulatory frameworks relevant to fintech, including digital compliance;

  • PLO4 – Apply financial technologies to develop and manage digital financial services;
  • PLO5 – Develop and test fintech solutions using agile and design thinking methodologies;
