UBT Expands Cooperation With Universities in Hungary

The UBT has continued expanding the number of the partner universities and cooperation with many European universities through agreements of cooperation of mutual interest.


Recently, UBT Rector Prof. Dr. Edmond Hajrizi, visited the Semmelweis University, the biggest university of Medical Sciences in Hungary.  On that occasion, Dr. Hajrizi and Dr. Zoltan Zsot Nagi, Dean of the Faculty of Medical Sciences, signed an agreement of cooperation between the two universities.  The agreement provides for the exchange of academic staff and students, mutual recognition of diplomas, joint projects and cooperation in a number of other aspects.  A special emphasis is put on the cooperation in the field of nursery.


While in Budapest, Rector Hajrizi also visited the well-known Hungarian university, the Pazmany Peter University, where he was briefed on the work that is being done in that university and the opportunities it offers for the UBT students and staff.


The UBT and Pazmany Peter University already have an agreement of cooperation which was signed a week ago by UBT Rector Edmond Hajrizi and Dr. Szuromi Szabolcs, President of the Pazmany Peter University.


Rector Hajrizi also visited the Corvinus University in Budapest, another partner university of the UBT with which the UBT has a cooperation of agreement in the field of food engineering and food security. 

 

The UBT and Hungarian universities have carried out in the past and will continue the same in the future a number of cooperation projects, including joint engagement in a European Commission’s project as part of the Erasmus + Program.
