Infrastructure

UBT College offers a modern and dynamic learning environment for students of the Management of Real Estate and Infrastructure (BA) program. Educational activities are held across UBT’s campuses, primarily at the Lipjan Innovation Campus, which is equipped with amphitheaters, labs, studios, advisory centers, and a large library.

The program benefits from dedicated computer labs equipped with up-to-date IT infrastructure and licensed software, including tools like AutoCAD, ArcGIS, SPSS, Risk Solver, Python, QGIS, and Athena Impact Estimator. These support real estate appraisal, spatial planning, project management, and sustainability analysis.

Students have access to state-of-the-art research centers, including GIS and design labs, and specialized tools such as thermal imaging cameras and facility management software for practical, hands-on learning.

UBT’s library system holds over 10,000 titles, with more than 560 books relevant to real estate and infrastructure, and provides access to databases such as JSTOR, EBSCO, SAGE, and Scopus. Extended library hours and dedicated reading and group work spaces ensure a productive academic environment for all students.

The infrastructure is fully accessible for students with special needs and designed to support the long-term development and success of the study program.
