UBT College offers a transparent and rigorous admission process for the Bachelor in Management of Real Estate and Infrastructure. Admission is based on national legislation and institutional regulations, and the process varies slightly depending on the language of instruction and applicant background (domestic or international).
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
If the language of instruction is Albanian admission requirements are presented below:
- Completion of secondary education.
- A minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.5 based on the Kosovo grading system.
- Successful completion of the Matura Exam.
If the language of instruction is English admission requirements are presented below:
- Completion of secondary education.
- A GPA equivalent to 3.5 on the Kosovo scale (international equivalency assessed).
- Proof of English language proficiency, demonstrated by:
- TOEFL iBT (Computer-Based) with at least 110 points, or
- An equivalent English proficiency certificate at C1 level according to CEFR.
- UBT College is a licensed TOEFL test center in Kosovo.
For international applicants, recognition and equivalency of high school diplomas must be done through the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology, and Innovation of Kosovo before application.
APPLICATION PROCESS
- Public Call: UBT announces admission through an official public call published on its website and other communication channels.
- Document Submission:
- High school diploma and transcript.
- Matura exam certificate.
- Copy of ID/passport.
- English proficiency certificate (if applicable).
- Any document required for GPA equivalency (for international applicants).
- Evaluation: The Faculty Council reviews each application based on GPA, exam results, and documentation.
- Final Decision: Admission offers are communicated individually to successful applicants.
