Leading Innovation in the Built Environment

Welcome to the Faculty of Real Estate Management at UBT—Kosovo’s first and only academic hub fully dedicated to real estate, infrastructure, and sustainable urban development.

We are shaping the next generation of professionals, researchers, and innovators who will drive how our cities grow, how infrastructure is managed, and how smart, livable environments are built. Through a powerful combination of academic excellence, applied research, and strong industry collaboration, our faculty stands at the intersection of education, economy, and innovation.
