UBT is honored with the “European Young Entrepreneurial University of the Year” award
29/06/2023In Barcelona, Spain, among many institutions worldwide, UBT has been recognized by the Triple E Awards with the “European Young Entrepreneurial University of the Year” award.
On this occasion, UBT becomes the first institution in Kosovo and the region to be awarded the “European Young Entrepreneurial University of the Year” for its unique concepts and strategy, achievements, and impact on society, as well as its leadership role in science, technology, and innovation.
Through open voting from around the globe, UBT secured the first place for “Young Entrepreneurial University of the Year” in the “Community” category, acknowledging its significant commitment and dedication to designing and implementing an entrepreneurial integration approach at the university.
In the award ceremony, UBT’s Rector, Prof. Dr. Edmond Hajrizi, expressed happiness for another significant achievement of UBT on the international stage.
“This recognition today gives us a great boost and motivation to move forward, to work with even bigger steps, as UBT is proving that it has the strength and all the necessary means to compete everywhere. What makes this motivation even greater is the fact that here in Barcelona, we are not only presenting UBT but the entire state of Kosovo and the values we have as a society,” said Rector Hajrizi.
UBT has already been acknowledged by numerous prestigious organizations in Europe and the world, once again demonstrating institutional and academic leadership throughout the Southeast European.
