The Faculty of Real Estate Management at UBT benefits from UBT’s strong infrastructure of laboratories and research centers that support hands-on learning, innovation, and academic research. These facilities ensure that students gain practical skills and experience while participating in cutting-edge research.

Specifically for the Real Estate program, the following lab is directly affiliated:

  • Center of Real Estate Research – A specialized unit dedicated to research and development in the fields of property valuation, urban planning, real estate economics, sustainability, and digital transformation in the built environment. It supports both faculty research and student involvement through projects, internships, and collaboration with industry.
