UBT and the Municipality of Vitia discuss about the possibilites of a cooperation in the field of environment and development
14/08/2018The rector of UBT, prof.dr. Edmond Hajrizi together with professor Hazir Çadraku have visited the municipality of Vitia, hosted by the mayor of Vitia, Sokol Haliti.
In this meeting, rector Hajrizi and mayor Haliti considered the possibilities of reaching a deal between these institutions, which includes a cooperation in different fields. UBT in particular is expected to offer a contribution in compiling the Development Plan of Municipality of Kosova.
Rector Hajrizi has stated that this deal is of a common interest for UBT and Municipality of Vitia. “UBT will support Vitia with experts for compiling the Development Plan of this Municipality or any other strategic, enviromental and spatial study”, said Hajrizi.
Whereas, the mayor of Municipality of Vitia, Sokol Haliti, expressed the willingness of municipality for supporting the common projects that will be initiated from the two institutions.
