UBT Start Up School

Established in 2024, UBT Start Up School is a key pillar of UBT’s Entrepreneurship and Innovation Ecosystem, dedicated to fostering entrepreneurial talent through practical education, professional mentoring, and comprehensive support for transforming innovative ideas into successful startups and sustainable businesses.

The school provides a dynamic and collaborative environment where participants gain hands-on experience, develop entrepreneurial competencies, and benefit from mentorship delivered by distinguished experts from academia and industry.

As part of UBT’s Entrepreneurship and Innovation Ecosystem, UBT Start Up School is supported by the Business Incubation and Small Enterprises Center (Start-ups), established in 2015. With a strong track record in supporting startup creation and business development, the center complements the school’s mission by providing incubation services, networking opportunities, and access to modern coworking facilities.

Together, they form an integrated platform that supports the entire entrepreneurial journey—from idea generation and validation, to startup incubation, business development, and growth.

UBT Start Up School offers three tailored programs designed to meet the needs of different target groups:

Start Young – for high school students, focused on developing entrepreneurial thinking, creativity, innovation, and fundamental business skills;

Start-Up Builder – for students, graduates, and aspiring entrepreneurs, focused on idea validation, business model development, and startup creation;

Business Growth – for entrepreneurs and established businesses, focused on scaling, expansion, innovation, and sustainable growth.

Through these programs, UBT Start Up School contributes to strengthening the entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem in Kosovo and beyond, empowering the next generation of founders, innovators, and business leaders.
