The intended learning outcomes of the program are presented below:

 

  1. To critically evaluate the structures and principles of commercial company law, demonstrating advanced knowledge of company formation, governance, and dissolution;
  2. To conduct scientific research effectively by utilizing advanced methodologies, and to analyse critically data to support research in the field of commercial law;
  3. To analyze business contract law, including contract formation, performance, and breach, and to demonstrate advanced knowledge in this area;
  4. To compar the legal aspects of commercial companies law, national and international commercial contracts, intellectual property, financial and banking law, competition law, insolvency law, and arbitration in Kosovo with the European framework and global standards;
  5. To develop creative answers for special areas of intellectual property law, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets, and to demonstrate knowledge in managing intellectual property rights in a business context;
  6. To critically analyze advanced commercial law topics, including the rights of commercial companies, business ethics, intellectual property rights, contractual commercial law, financial and banking law, international commercial arbitration, international commercial company law, and the international market in the EU.
  7. To construct a systematic understanding of institutional structures and procedural frameworks in commercial judicial processes;
  8. To manage teams in simulating commercial judicial processes, drafting commercial contracts, and providing critical analysis of phenomena, trends, and reforms in advanced commercial law, while contributing to the enhancement of knowledge in this field;
  9. To use problem-solving skills in solving complex issues related to corporate governance practices and corporate social responsibility, and to analyze their impact on business performance and stakeholder relations, demonstrating knowledge in these areas;
  10. To plan a research project in a commercial law topic, formulate research questions and hypotheses, critically analyze and interpret findings, and demonstrate academic rigor in a well-structured and defensible thesis.
