International Cooperation

With the aim of enhancing the quality of teaching and expanding academic and organizational experiences, UBT places special emphasis on partnerships with both domestic and international academic and professional institutions. UBT’s international partners are well-known and respected institutions in the fields of law and higher education.

The mutual cooperation established through formal agreements with these institutions serves as a key mechanism for:

  • Promoting scientific initiatives and cultural exchange, aimed at increasing human capacities and improving the quality of academic programs;
  • Encouraging the highest standards of teaching and research quality, including the ethical integrity of academic work;
  • Facilitating student exchanges and creating opportunities for studies at international partner universities;
  • Supporting faculty mobility and enabling the implementation of joint scientific and applied research projects;
  • Promoting higher education policies and values in the region, highlighting their importance in the home countries of partner institutions;
  • Developing joint projects that contribute to social and community development.

Beyond local and regional collaborations, UBT has successfully signed formal cooperation agreements with approximately 280 universities worldwide, significantly expanding its academic horizons and opportunities for cultural and scientific interaction.

These international collaborations are reflected through a wide range of academic activities, including conferences, seminars, and joint projects, creating a strong platform for cultural exchange, scientific development, knowledge sharing, and advancing the internationalization of higher education at UBT.
