Rector Hajrizi Meets with Patriotic Figure and Distinguished Activist for National Issues, Jim Xhema
26/03/2024Continuing his visits in the United States of America, the Rector of UBT, Prof. Dr. Edmond Hajrizi, accompanied by the president of the Pan-Albanian Federation in America “Vatra,” Elmi Berisha, journalist Halil Mula, and the chairman of the Diaspora Business Network, Naim Dedushaj, visited the lobbyist for Albanian issues in America and distinguished patriot, Jim Xhema.
During this meeting, Jim Xhema reiterated his stance on the importance of education for a sustainable future and for the benefit of Kosovo and Albanians in general. He also emphasized the ongoing role and contribution of the United States and the friendly relations between Albanians and Americans, expressing his readiness to continue contributing in this aspect.
On the other hand, Rector Hajrizi briefed him on the developments at UBT, in Kosovo, and thanked him immensely for the invaluable contribution Jim Xhema has made to the freedom and Independence of Kosovo and for the contribution he is making in advancing and educating young people and nurturing talent.
