UBT Rector in Washington Among World Leaders at the U.S. National Prayer Breakfast
05/02/2026The Rector of UBT, Prof. Dr. Edmond Hajrizi, is on an official visit to the United States of America, where he attended the National Prayer Breakfast in Washington— a prestigious event also attended by the President of the United States, Donald Trump, as well as high-ranking political and institutional leaders from around the world.
This traditional gathering, organized since 1953, is held every first Thursday of February and represents one of the most important spiritual and institutional events in the United States.
The National Prayer Breakfast brings together members of the U.S. Congress, politicians, military leaders, and guests from more than one hundred countries worldwide.
The participation of Prof. Dr. Edmond Hajrizi in this significant event marks an important moment for the academic and institutional representation of Kosovo on a globally influential platform.
