
UBT International Conference on Medicine Highlights the Role of Innovation and Interdisciplinary Collaboration in Healthcare
26/10/2025As part of the 14th UBT International Scientific Conference, the International Conference on Medicine, Nursing, and Technical Medical Sciences (Radiology, Anesthesia, and Biochemistry) was held, bringing together researchers, doctors, nurses, and health experts from Kosovo and various countries around the world.

The conference served as a comprehensive platform for presenting research innovations, exchanging professional experiences, and addressing contemporary challenges faced by healthcare systems — from digitalization and artificial intelligence to stress management, cardiovascular diseases, emergency triage, and the mental health of healthcare professionals.
The keynote lecture was delivered by Gezim Bocari, who spoke on “Implementation of New Work Approaches in Healthcare: The Case of Human Resource Management in Hospital Nursing,” emphasizing the need for structural and managerial reforms in healthcare systems.
Throughout the sessions, participants presented significant scientific studies on improving clinical practices, developments in laboratory medicine, the role of forensic nursing, the use of artificial intelligence in MRI, and the impact of digitalization on healthcare delivery.
