International Conference on Performing Arts at UBT Presented Research and Interpretations on the Role of Art in Society

As part of the 14th edition of UBT’s International Scientific Conference, the International Conference on Performing Arts was held, bringing together artists, educators, researchers, and professionals in the fields of theatre and performance from Kosovo and other countries in the region.

This conference provided an academic and creative space to discuss the impact of performing arts on modern society, the role of acting in communication and education, and new methods of interpretation through technology and contemporary aesthetics.

  • Discussions in this session offered in-depth analyses of how comic and dramatic elements contribute to character building, the emotional development of actors, and the shaping of audiences through theatre as an educational and reflective tool.
