
The International Legal Conference at UBT Addressed Current Challenges and Developments in the Justice System
25/10/2025As part of the 14th edition of UBT’s International Scientific Conference, the Legal Studies department organized several thematic sessions where professors, researchers, and legal experts from Kosovo and the region presented significant papers addressing current challenges in justice, legal developments, and the impact of technology and socio-economic factors on the contemporary legal system.

Discussions and presentations focused on topics including criminology, criminal and civil law, administrative and international law, as well as important aspects of labor law, environmental law, and intellectual property. These sessions offered new academic and practical perspectives on how Kosovo’s legal system is adapting to global developments, legal reforms, and advanced technology.
