
UBT is represented at Emuni University for Innovative Coweb project
17/01/2025In the framework of the Coweb (virtual Collaboral Learning in WB Heis), the staff of the Faculty of Management, Business and Economy (MBA) consisting of Muhamet Gervalla, Gonxhe Beqiri, Engelbert Zefaj and Kestrim Avdimetaj represented UBT at Emuni University, Slovenia. They participated and actively contributed to the project’s ranks.
During the organized sessions, the project achievements were presented so far, including the implementation of VCL (Virtual Collaboral Learning) at the regional level, where some of UBT professors and students are engaged. Discussions also focused on planning international VCL and other important activities for further project development. In this context, opportunities for new collaborations with international partners and staff commitments to publish a book dealing with the subject of VCL were also addressed.
The project is supported by the European Union (EU) and aims to promote the application of virtual cooperation techniques in teaching (VCl) as an innovative pedagogical approach, focusing on co-creation of virtual and mixed learning spaces, as well as the content of courses and competencies of the 21st century for students. The project also aims to strengthen cross-border cooperation between HEIs and students in the Western Balkans region.
The project brings together 3 HEIs from the EU and 7 HEIs from the Western Balkans, creating a platform for the future of innovation in higher education.
