UBT Professor from Tirana Kozeta Sevrani Receives Academic of the Year Award
27/04/2014Prof. Dr. Kozeta Sevrani from Albania, who has been lecturing at the UBT for several years now, has received the “Academic of the Year” prize from the Albanian ICT Awards for the valuable contribution to the advancement of the academic world. This was the second edition of the Albanian ICT Awards, organized by the ICTS Media in Albania.
The award was presented to her in the presence of the senior representatives of the government of Kosovo and Albania, professors, experts, and students from a number of universities.
It is worth noting that Professor Sevrani has published a big number of university textbooks, and now students, s well as Albanian and foreign professors lecturing at the UBT and other universities use her books as reference sources. Besides lecturing, professor Sevrani holds leadership positions in a number of universities.
