23/10/2026The second day of the 67th Congress of the European Organization for Quality (EOQ), being held in Kosovo for the first time, began with a keynote presentation by Prof. Dr. Edmond Hajrizi, Founder and Rector of UBT, President of Quality Kosova, and Vice President of EOQ.
Rector Hajrizi presented a strategic perspective on the future of quality, addressing it beyond traditional standards and certification and highlighting its essential role in the development of modern systems, innovation, and institutional transformation.
