UBT, the Institution with the Highest Number of Women in Leadership Positions, Celebrates International Women’s Day

On International Women’s Day, UBT honors and recognizes the extraordinary role of women in society, highlighting its continuous commitment to their empowerment at every level. As a higher education institution, UBT has set new standards for equality and inclusion, becoming the institution with the highest number of employed women in the region, many of whom hold key leadership and coordination positions.

On this occasion, UBT Rector Prof. Dr. Edmond Hajrizi expressed his gratitude and unwavering support for the women and girls contributing to the institution.

We believe that success and development come from diversity and inclusion; therefore, women not only have equal roles but are at the center of decision-making and innovation.
