UBT and the Albanological Institute Sign Cooperation Agreement to Advance Scientific Research and Develop Academic Projects
05/03/2025UBT and the Albanological Institute have signed a cooperation agreement aimed at strengthening scientific research and developing academic projects with impact in the field of Albanology and other related disciplines.
At the signing ceremony, UBT Rector, Prof. Dr. Edmond Hajrizi, and the Acting Director of the Albanological Institute, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Naim Berisha, emphasized the importance of this collaboration, which will bring significant benefits for researchers, academics, and students.
The agreement foresees the organization of joint research and academic projects, the exchange of experiences and expertise between academic staff and researchers, as well as the support of students and young scholars in engaging with scientific research.
UBT will provide substantial support to the Albanological Institute, particularly in the digitization and preservation of scientific heritage. Furthermore, through its international collaborations, UBT will play a key role in expanding cooperation networks with academic institutions abroad, contributing to the promotion of Albanological studies at a global level.
As part of this agreement, UBT students will gain new opportunities to be involved in the research projects of the Albanological Institute, contributing through their own scientific studies and analyses.
In addition, UBT will make its advanced laboratories and research centers available, offering technical assistance for the implementation of projects that require in-depth data analysis and the use of modern technology.
