Today, a special activity took place at the “Borëbardha” kindergarten, which brought about an excellent collaboration between generations and educational institutions. The activity was organized by students of UBT International Smart Schools and psychology students, Kosovare Hamiti and Shqipe Shala, as well as acting student, Denis Arifi. This collaboration aimed to provide an educational and entertaining experience for the young children of “Borëbardha” kindergarten, while also serving as an opportunity for the development of social and emotional skills for the participating youth.

During the activity, the students led a series of group games, artistic activities, and coloring, which helped the children develop fine and gross motor skills. They taught the children some simple activities that stimulated creativity and the ability to work with different materials, contributing to the development of the children’s coordination and concentration.

For the high school students and university students, this activity offered the opportunity to develop leadership skills and to learn how to work in groups with individuals of different ages. They had the opportunity to increase empathy and better understand the needs and emotions of children, creating a deeper connection with them.

On the other hand, the kindergarten children enjoyed a warm and energetic atmosphere, where they could express themselves freely and create new connections with the young people who were part of the activity. The creative activities and group games offered them the opportunity to learn in a fun and safe environment. This experience was important for the development of social skills and positive interactions among the children, who were helped to increase self-confidence and develop a sense of cooperation.

Today’s activity emphasized the importance of interactions between different generations, helping to build a common learning and growth environment. The organized activities contributed to strengthening the bonds between children and young people, promoting social and emotional skills and creating opportunities for everyone’s growth and development. This excellent collaboration is an important step towards strengthening relationships between educational institutions and helping young people and children develop their skills.

This activity has provided an excellent example for strengthening intergenerational bonds and has shown the importance of creating a more united and caring society for everyone’s needs.
