Rector Hajrizi participates in the World’s Largest Medical Technology Fair and will speak at the Sports Medicine Conference in Düsseldorf
20/11/2025The Rector of UBT, Prof. Dr. Edmond Hajrizi, is participating in the world’s largest medical technology fair – MEDICA – and has also been invited to speak at the MEDICA Medicine + Sports Conference 2025, taking place in Düsseldorf, Germany.
This event brings together thousands of manufacturers, scientists, and experts from around the world to present the latest innovations in medical technology and sports medicine.
At this conference, Rector Hajrizi, together with Prof. Norbert Bachl, will speak on the topic: “Precise prevention in a university campus ecosystem.”
During his two-day visit, Rector Hajrizi is holding meetings with manufacturing companies and international partners, while presenting UBT’s latest developments in sports medicine, advanced technology, and the integration of artificial intelligence in healthcare.
The fair and conference cover contemporary themes such as longevity, prevention through physical activity, biohacking, digital innovations, and modern therapies in sports, making MEDICA a truly global platform.
