“The experience at UBT was fruitful and provided me with a solid foundation for my personal and professional development. Whenever I needed help or advice, the professors and academic staff were always ready to support me. Through projects and group work, I faced academic challenges that helped me develop my skills and gain new knowledge in my field of interest”.

For Marigona Gashi, her studies at UBT were special due to their strong focus on the practical and professional development of students, allowing them to experience real-life situations and gain the knowledge necessary for the labor market.

“Studies at UBT are unique because of their focus on the practical and professional development of students. The professors and academic staff are dedicated to ensuring a stimulating learning environment and to helping students develop their practical skills. Through real projects and collaboration with the community and industry, students have the opportunity to experience real situations and gain the knowledge required for the job market,” she stated.

Marigona was selected as one of the ten finalists of the Madison Trust Fund, where she presented her idea “Think Outside the Trash,” an initiative aimed at implementing recycling processes in Kosovo and educating younger generations about the importance of recycling through various activities.

Most recently, she was invited to speak at a “Morning Prayers” gathering, where she had the opportunity to represent Kosovo.
