International Conference on Architecture and Spatial Planning Brings Together Leading Architects and Researchers

25/10/2025

The International Conference on Architecture and Spatial Planning brought together architects and researchers to discuss the latest challenges and trends in urban planning, sustainable design, and innovative technologies.

The presented papers explored topics ranging from the impact of demographic characteristics on settlement development and social housing policies to the use of artificial intelligence in urban design and planning. The conference provided a valuable platform for knowledge exchange, promoting sustainability and advancing modern practices in the field of architecture.

The first session focused on urban development and spatial planning management, discussing complex urban issues, recreational spaces, noise pollution, and the impact of smart technologies on city design.

The second session offered perspectives on building typologies, vertical garden integration, minimizing thermal bridges, adaptive reuse of spaces, the impact of artificial intelligence on education, neuroarchitecture, and the preservation of architectural heritage as a source of innovation and sustainability.

The presentations reflected on the connection between design, emotion, and human wellbeing, offering concrete examples of how architectural knowledge is applied in practice.
