Doruntina Çoçaj, a former student of the Faculty of Food Science and Biotechnology at UBT, has achieved a high-level position as Deputy Production Manager at the company AGAPLESION Catering in Germany.
Doruntina, who is now a successful food technologist, began her professional journey in Germany immediately after completing her studies at UBT. She emphasizes that the knowledge and skills gained at UBT, under the guidance of her professors, enabled her to integrate smoothly into the German labor market.
The Faculty of Food Science and Biotechnology at UBT offers specializations in various areas of food science, including nutrition and quality and food safety management. In fact, around 95% of UBT students are employed immediately after completing their studies, a clear indicator of the high quality of education.
