The programme research concentrates of the third theme of the institutional research strategy [Governance Sector] and is concerned with the potential implications of the judiciary reforms and the implications of EU acquis communitaire and the integration process in Kosovo’s legislative framework. The programme also researches the potential implications of Kosovo free trade agreements and especially that with the EU on Kosovo’s private sector. The key research areas of the programme are: (a) International Business Law and (b) European business law
